Hospitality Business Management Summer Program at Lake Tahoe Community College

Earn up to 9 credits this summer while gaining practical experience through internships at top resorts in Lake Tahoe, learning in a state-of-the-art facility, and exploring the area’s natural beauty.

HBM 280 – Hospitality Systems (3 credits): Management functions in lodging, food, and beverage businesses.

HBM 358 – Foodservice Systems & Controls(3 credits): Operational controls, cost analysis, and food service management. Prerequisites apply.

HBM 496 – Special Topics: Industry-sponsored project (12 weeks, May 12–July 25). Requires HBM 496 and one additional course.
