MESA is at WSU Everett!

MESA (Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement) is a Career Connected Learning program that supports students from underrepresented populations in STEM career pathways. Our programs support students through college and as they prepare for careers in STEM. We provide students with tutoring, specialized courses, mentorship, and supportive networks.

Nationally recognized for its innovative and effective academic development program, MESA engages educationally disadvantaged students so they excel in math and science and graduate with math-based degrees.

Students who join MESA can use the MESA center for studying, computer work, and group work. The MESA Program provides various services, such as dedicated technology resources, academic and professional development workshops, university trips, and field trips.

MESA Student Support Services

Students who participate in MESA receive one-on-one and group support to help them reach their goals:

  • Internship and career planning
  • Academic excellence workshops
  • Industry field trips to local companies
  • Dedicated study space

Creating STEM Pathways

All of our programs aim to increase representation of women and people who are Black, Indigenous, Latino/Hispanic or Native Hawaiian/Pacific islanders in STEM fields.
