Hayley has been fundraising in support of education for several years now and is excited to bring her passion for WSU Everett to the forefront as the Director of Development. She graduated from WSU Everett with a degree in Integrated Strategic Communications, and a minor in Hospitality Business Management, really focusing on how communications and events intersect to create a great experience for everyone involved.

Since graduating, she has worked at local and national nonprofits using storytelling and genuine relationship-building to grow both donor and volunteer constituent relationships. Hayley has served as the President of the WSU Snohomish County Alumni Association chapter for the past three years. Additionally, she volunteers with the Downtown Everett Association on the promotions committee and is the chair of the networking group Engage Everett.

When not working or volunteering, Hayley spends her time enjoying food and beverage across the PNW. Or most recently, at home playing Hogwarts Legacy.
