Student Event Registration

All student events must be registered. Submit your event details using the event registration form, and we’ll help you get it on the calendar and promote it to the WSU Everett community!

RSO Purchase Request

All RSO purchases and reimbursements need to be requested ahead of time. Please complete the following form to request a purchase or reimbursement for your RSO.

Service & Activities Fees

The Services and Activities Fee (S&A Fee) is used to support nonacademic student activities, programs, and projects. This fee is used to enrich the student experience through funding for student government, entertainment, student organizations, speakers, facilities, and recreation. All campuses pay S&A fees; rates vary by campus.

Boost Your Club’s Visibility

  • Tabling: Connect with fellow students face-to-face! RSOs (Registered Student Organizations) can reserve a table in the Floyd Commons. Contact Anna McLeod at anna.mcleod2@wsu.edu to arrange a tabling session.
  • Digital Signage: Get your message on our campus digital screens! Create a slide (1920 x 1080), save it as a JPG or PNG file, and email [Email Address] to request display.
  • Apparel, Print, and Promotional Items: Order branded apparel and promotional items through licensed vendors to increase your club’s visibility.

Remember: When creating promotional materials, follow WSU branding guidelines:

  • Official Marks and Verbiage: Use official WSU marks and verbiage correctly, including trademark symbols (™ or ®). Refer to the WSU Branding guidelines and the WSU Trademark Licensing Office for details.
  • Avoid Athletics Branding: Do not use branding elements associated with WSU Athletics.
  • New Logos: Avoid creating new logos that may not align with WSU branding.
