Room Rentals

WSU Everett offers room rentals to outside organizations for educational and/or community/public-service purposes. All requests must be submitted through the drop-down room request form below. Once the form has been received, the Event Manager will contact you within two business days to solidify details and prepare a quote.

Potentially high-risk events could be subject to a longer processing period despite having requested the space. Event qualities such as, but not limited to, attendance size, alcohol service, and advertisement to the public, could involve additional steps that require more planning time. Any event serving alcohol requires prior approval from the Chancellor. The Event Manager will work with you should any of these conditions apply.

Requests will not be processed for any external organizations until academic scheduling for each semester is finalized (one week prior to the start of each semester). WSU reserves the right to modify or cancel all scheduled events at any time.

There is a $50.00 non-refundable Administrative Fee for all room rentals, which will be charged once your request is confirmed and you receive a Facilities Use Agreement for signature.

WSU Everett rents at a 4-hour minimum and an hourly rate thereafter. Weekend events needing additional Security and/or IT Services will be charged $60.00 per hour. Weekend events requiring Custodial Services will be charged a minimum of $150.00. Depending upon the extent of custodial services needed, this cost may increase.

Additional fees may apply and are subject to change with minimal notice. Saturdays are available ONLY between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm, September through May. Sundays are not available for room rentals.

If you desire a special layout, WSU Everett staff will assist with moving tables and chairs to accommodate your meeting or event for an additional fee of $60.00 per hour. WSU Everett does not have event-specific furniture such as dinner tables, cocktail tables, linens, or flatware. Those items must be ordered by the event host or the caterer.
