Parking & Parking Permits

For parking on campus at WSU Everett

Parking permits are required for everyone parking at WSU Everett and the Everett University Center year-round, and there is no assigned parking. This includes students taking classes and labs on campus, employees working on campus, visitors, and those in student housing.

A current parking permit must be displayed while parked in campus lots at all times, either hanging from the mirror face out or on the dashboard face up in front of the steering. Permits must be completely visible for enforcement to avoid being cited.

Visitor Parking

If a visitor’s permit is not provided, you must purchase a temporary permit in the parking lot between WSU Everett and AMTEC or at one of the nearby kiosks. At some WSU Everett events, parking fines will not be enforced for visitors. Confirm with the event organizer whether this is the case for your event.

Directions to Campus

WSU Everett is located at the intersection of North Broadway and Tower Street, adjacent to Parking Lot K. All parking on campus requires a permit. You may purchase a permit for 2-hour or all-day parking at a Park & Pay machine in Lot K.

I-5 Southbound to WSU Everett

  1. Take Exit 198, follow the highway south into Everett to Tower Street.
  2. Turn left into the parking lot entrance.

I-5 Northbound to WSU Everett

  1. Take Exit 195, turn left on E. Marine View Drive.
  2. Go one half mile to 16th Street and turn left.
  3. Follow 16th Street to Broadway.
  4. Turn right onto Broadway.
  5. Continue to Tower Street.
  6. Turn right into the parking lot entrance.

US 2 Westbound to WSU Everett

  1. Head West on the U.S. Highway 2 from Lake Stevens/Snohomish.
  2. Take the exit toward Hewitt Ave./Everett.
  3. Turn right on Walnut Street.
  4. Turn left heading west on Everett Ave.
  5. Turn right heading north on Broadway
    (9 Blocks from Walnut St.)
  6. Continue on Broadway to Tower Street. Turn right into the parking lot entrance.

Downtown Everett to WSU Everett

  1. Take Broadway north to Tower Street.
  2. Turn right into the parking lot entrance.

Parking Permits

Everett Community College (EvCC) manages parking for WSU Everett students, faculty, and staff. To purchase a parking permit, you must create an online account with EvCC using your university email address and then purchase your permit each semester through EvCC’s online process.

The WSU semester parking permit cost is $75 + tax (9.9%) each semester (fall/spring/summer). Please note: included in the cost of your permit is a non-refundable $4.50 processing fee.
