WSU Everett’s Dr. Linus Lu Joins National Research Center for Secure Microelectronics
WSU Everett’s Dr. Shih-Lien (Linus) Lu has been selected to join the Center for Secure Microelectronics Ecosystem (CSME) at Purdue University, a national research center focused on strengthening the security of microelectronics. CSME brings together top universities from across the U.S. to advance research in this critical field.
Dr. Lu’s research explores ways to improve the security of computer chips by studying how small variations in their design can be used to create unique digital “fingerprints.” His work helps protect technology from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
By joining CSME, Dr. Lu will collaborate with leading researchers nationwide to develop innovative solutions for more secure and reliable technology. Learn more about the Center for Secure Microelectronics Ecosystem at the CSME website.
