Terms & Conditions for the Everett Scholars Award

Students receiving the Everett Scholars Award must maintain full-time undergraduate status with WSU Everett (12 credits or more per semester). Students who are dually enrolled at another community college or institution to meet program requirements are eligible for the award if full-time status is met between the two institutions. Part-time students (6-11 semester credits) will be eligible on the following pro-rated basis: 6-8 credit enrollment is eligible at 50% while 9-11 credit enrollment is eligible at 75%. Please provide documentation showing verification of enrollment at the additional institution. This award may not be transferred to another WSU campus location. Please note that if you are receiving financial aid, the amount of this award will be included in the determination of financial aid eligibility. In addition, the total amount of this award and other allowable waivers or payments of tuition cannot exceed tuition amount charged. Tuition based awards may include but is not limited to: Veteran’s benefits, employee tuition subsidies, and GET funding. The Everett Scholars Award is renewable for one additional year if the following criteria is met: 1.) Maintain a WSU cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher after completion of 24 graded credits.
