Student Employment at WSU Everett

At various times during the year, our team is looking for new members. Students who work with us receive on the job training in a professional office setting, mentorship from a professional staff team invested in the success of the student and will develop skills to carry them forward into a career after graduating from WSU Everett. Students work on projects with various departments throughout Student Services.

We are interested in students who have the drive to succeed, strong attention to detail, demonstrate a high level of responsibility, and a willingness to learn. Positions include student services front desk, mail room and student engagement. We typically hire during the spring semester for the upcoming academic year.

  • Student Services Mail Room Assistant
    The Mail room Assistant will gain skills in mail room operations for a large organization, general knowledge of exam proctoring, and skills in customer service. This position is open to all students in any Everett campus degree program. Read more about the position.
  • Student Services-Student Engagement Assistant
    The Student Engagement Assistant will have the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of Student Affairs, including Recruitment/Admissions and Retention. There are many benefits to being a Student Program’s Assistant including expanding your professional network, receiving mentorship from supervisors, facilitating your own personal and professional growth, and improving your marketable skills.   • Student Services-Student Services Assistant
    The Student Services Assistant will gain strong customer service skills through engagement with a diverse population of visitors, students, staff, and faculty. This position will benefit the student by expanding their communication skills via phone, email, and in person interactions, improve ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously, event planning knowledge, as well as become an excellent customer service representative for diverse populations.
